There are two files for the installation of Norton Anti-Virus 2005
and for Win98 and WinME
and for Win2000 and XP
the program will refuse to install if you use the wrong configuration file
Check the Add / Remove Programs in Control Panel
if that means it is not installed on your PC
if (I) Run the installation file and select Uninstall
